For junk removal we price by how much truck space your stuff takes up — you only pay for what we haul. For cleanouts we do a free walkthrough and give you a flat quote before we start. Either way, you know the number before we touch anything.
For the initial quote, yes — we need to see the space. For the actual job, it depends. Some customers leave the garage open and go to work. Just let us know your situation when you book and we'll work it out.
We sort as we go. Anything in good shape — furniture, clothes, working appliances — goes to local donation partners (Habitat ReStore, Salvation Army, and others) before anything hits the transfer station. We do our best to keep good stuff out of the landfill.

Yes — and it's one of the best combinations we offer. Clear the space first, then we come back and install shelving, tote racks, or whatever system fits the space. Ask about bundle pricing when you book your cleanout.
Hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste. We can point you to proper disposal options for those. Everything else we can typically handle, including appliances, electronics, construction debris, and yard waste.
Cash, credit/debit card, Venmo, or Zelle. Payment is due when the job is done. We'll send a receipt same day.
